Return, Refund, and Cancellation Policy
Returns are accepted only for items that arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect. Customers must contact Datechemy within 7 days of delivery with their order details and clear photographs of the issue. Please retain the item and its packaging until return instructions are provided.
Once a return is approved and the item has been reviewed, the refund will generally be issued to the original payment method within 5–7 business days. Bank or payment-provider processing times may cause additional delay. Cancellation requests are accepted before the order is dispatched. Orders cannot normally be cancelled after dispatch.
