Order Processing

  • Orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation.
  • Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.
  • During festivals, promotional sales, or high-demand periods, processing times may be slightly longer.

Delivery Timeline

Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary due to weather conditions, courier delays, public holidays, or other circumstances beyond our control.

Shipping Charges

  • Free Shipping on orders above ₹999.
  • A standard shipping charge of ₹99 applies to orders below ₹999.

Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive:

  • An Order Confirmation Email
  • A Shipping Confirmation Email/SMS
  • A Tracking Number and Tracking Link

You can use the tracking link to monitor your shipment in real time.

Delivery Attempts

Our courier partners will make up to three delivery attempts.

If the order cannot be delivered after these attempts due to an unavailable recipient or an incorrect address, the shipment may be returned to us.

Additional shipping charges may apply for re-dispatch.

Address Changes

Please ensure that your shipping address and contact details are accurate before placing your order.

Once an order has been shipped, we may not be able to modify the delivery address.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If you receive:

  • A damaged package
  • A leaking product
  • An incorrect item
  • A tampered package

please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

Email us with:

  • Order ID
  • Photos of the product
  • Photos of the packaging
  • A brief description of the issue

We will review your request and arrange a replacement or refund if applicable.

Undeliverable Orders

Orders returned due to:

  • Incorrect shipping address
  • Failed delivery attempts
  • Customer refusal to accept delivery

may be cancelled. Refunds, if applicable, will be processed after deducting any shipping or return courier charges incurred.
